How our service works
From inspiration to installation, you’re in expert hands. Once you’ve completed your kitchen design and chosen your surface with your kitchen designer, we’ll agree on a templating date with you. This can only happen once your kitchen is installed and with all sinks, taps, and appliances on site. We’ll give you all the information to help you get prepared later.
Our templating service
A member of our templating team will visit your home to measure up and confirm all the details of your design with you. Any changes will be accounted for, and we’ll revise the price and timings to reflect these.
Our fabrication service
Our specialist team will review your template and make any adjustments necessary to enhance your order before your work surface goes into production.
Your bespoke work surface will be fabricated at our state-of-the-art factory in Yorkshire and quality-checked by hand before it is dispatched for fitting.
Our fitting service
We will be in touch to book a fitting date with you. Fitting is completed by our skilled team within 5 working days from template to fit*, leaving your tradesperson free to complete your kitchen.
