Worthwhile for All
Being worthwhile for all means joining forces with organisations that share our values. We select partnerships that have a meaningful impact within the communities we serve. Our people take the lead in local fundraising, as well as through payroll donations, where they can support national or regional causes close to their hearts.

The Game Changer Programme
We’ve teamed up with football associations across the UK to create The Game Changer Programme. Together, we’ll improve kitchen facilities at 450 UK grassroots clubs, giving teams a welcoming place on match days and access to valuable revenue streams. Backed by football legends Jill Scott and Chris Kamara, the programme won a bronze award at the 2023 Sports Business Awards, in the Best Sports Community or CSR Scheme – Football category.
Local fundraising
In 2022, our colleagues generated a staggering £1.3m for charity. This went to local hospices, sports clubs, youth groups, food banks, homeless charities, and more. Our local depots are empowered to raise funds for worthy causes in their communities. In 2023, our depots came together to raise funds for Movember - the leading men's health charity, raising more than £23,000.
I Can & I Am
Our partnership with I Can & I Am spans more than five years. Supporting young people with their self-esteem, the charity inspires good mental health through educational classes. To help them deliver these valuable lessons, we have donated two double-decker buses that allow the charity to take their programme to schools around the UK. Fully kitted out with a kitchen, it provides an educational area for kids to develop their confidence.
Leonard Cheshire Disability
We've worked closely with Leonard Cheshire Disability for more than 18 years, providing kitchens in their care homes whilst supporting their Can Do work placement project, giving young disabled people on-the-job experience. Thanks to this partnership, we've developed inclusive kitchen products for those living with disability or limited mobility. In turn, they have supported us with our equality, diversity, and inclusion programme.
