Our Net Zero Plan
To achieve zero emissions and zero waste by 2050, we must have a clear plan for all our operations and activities. The SBTi has approved our near-term, science-based emissions reduction target. We have also committed to set long-term emissions reduction targets with the SBTi in line with reaching net-zero by 2050. We continue to recycle materials, reduce and replace plastic, and improve the circular economy of our products to meet this goal.
Zero emission
We work tirelessly to remove excess greenhouse gases across our business, using alternative fuels, electric trucks, renewable energy, and innovative technologies. The next step is to support our supply chain on their journey.
Zero waste
Over the last five years, all materials and packaging from our UK cabinet manufacturing sites avoided landfill. Our depots also have less than 1 per cent remaining. We are exploring alternative ideas to reach our goal.
Sustainable products
Made in-house or sourced from suppliers, we want our products to be sustainably made from concept through to delivery. We consider the environment at every step while maintaining the highest quality for our trade customers.
